NeverBounce alternative
Verification you can audit, for lists you would rather not upload.
What NeverBounce is
Bulk list cleaning and real-time verification, widely integrated into marketing platforms.
Integrations and throughput. If your list already lives in a platform they plug into, cleaning is a click.
Pick NeverBounce when: The list is already inside a tool NeverBounce connects to and you want it cleaned without moving data around yourself.
You care what the receiving server actually said, or your list is sensitive enough that uploading it is the problem.
Side by side
| NeverBounce | Verdict | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it runs | Their servers | Yours |
| Evidence | Classification only | Raw server reply, timestamped |
| Unknowns | Billed as a result | Reported as no evidence, never guessed |
| Source code | Closed | MIT |
NeverBounce is priced per verification in credit packs. Free and MIT, or $59/mo hosted.
The honest summary
Verdict has no contact database and does not send campaigns. It opens an SMTP connection to the receiving server, asks whether the mailbox exists, and reports what the server said. When the server refuses to answer, or the domain accepts every address, it says so instead of guessing. That is the whole product, it is MIT licensed, and it runs on your own machine so the list never goes anywhere.
Try it on a real list
Paste up to 500 addresses. Free, no signup, nothing stored. The fairest test is your last campaign's bounce list, since you already know which ones failed.
